If honest i was worried using new company how wrong i was !! . i called they fully explained cost ,advised if the Electrics failed they would fully give a breakdown of fails plus the cost to repair before they start work although i would be responsible for the cost of  report fail or pass which is fair enough. i got a digital report .i had advisory notes to repair within a year as the flat was empty I asked how much they would charge they gave a full breakdown of cost .i agreed to carry out works sooner rather than later, Company /Electrician turned up as agreed got a mail text to remind me Electrician was very tidy.took all the old parts tidy up behind him well impressed , Faiq in office very helpful responds on time ,i can not recommend this company enough in fact i am using this company from now on highly recommended.

I booked gas safety certificates for two of my properties in Twickenham and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. Booking was quick and efficient, and the engineer was able to attend promptly and they liaised directly with the letting agent to arrange access with the tenant. Communication was excellent and their prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in future.
